With these plants, SIMEL is positioned as one of the local leaders in the production of clean energy for self-consumption, owning the second largest private photovoltaic plant in the entire province of Ferrara. <\/p><p class=\"p1\">In addition to reducing dependence on fossil fuels, contributing to the reduction of CO2 emissions, the energy generated allows significant cost savings, also optimised thanks to financing from the Emilia-Romagna Region&#8217;s Energy Fund. The project is an example of how a medium-sized company can adopt advanced energy solutions, achieving economic and environmental benefits. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e8e1629 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"e8e1629\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Numbers and Technical Details of the Plants<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8411e01 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8411e01\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"p1\">SIMEL&#8217;s photovoltaic systems consist of the latest generation of panels with a conversion efficiency of <b>over 21% <\/b>and use <b>class 1<\/b> modules for fire resistance, guaranteeing safety during operation. <\/p><p class=\"p1\">The 2011 plant, built by KaSolari S.R.L., has a capacity of <b>200 kWp <\/b>and can produce up to <b>210.000 kWh per year<\/b>, while the 2022 plant, built by CreaEnergia S.R.L. with a capacity of <b>340 kWp<\/b> and a capacity of <b>350.000 kWh<\/b>, uses high-quality inverters and a continuous monitoring system to check production and efficiency in real time. <\/p><p class=\"p1\">Together, the two plants produce around <b>560.000 kWh<\/b> <strong>of energy per year<\/strong>, covering well over <b>60%<\/b> of the company&#8217;s energy requirements of around 700.000 kWh per year.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ca7c1ed elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"ca7c1ed\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Safe &amp; Green: Complete Commitment to the Environment<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b6fca1f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b6fca1f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Thanks to photovoltaic systems, SIMEL has improved the sustainability of its operations <span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-0fdae95 ); text-align: var(--text-align); background-color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-size: 1rem;\">by renovating part of its production machinery and replacing presses with more<\/span> <span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-0fdae95 ); text-align: var(--text-align); background-color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-size: 1rem;\">efficient motorised versions, further reducing energy consumption.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-0fdae95 ); text-align: var(--text-align); background-color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-size: 1rem;\">But SIMEL&#8217;s commitment to the environment is not limited to the production of renewable energy.<\/span> <span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-0fdae95 ); text-align: var(--text-align); background-color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-size: 1rem;\">As part of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.simelmotors.com\/en\/safe-green\/\"><b>Safe &amp; Green<\/b> <\/a>programme, SIMEL combines photovoltaic energy with careful<\/span> <span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-0fdae95 ); text-align: var(--text-align); background-color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-size: 1rem;\">waste management and control of emissions into the atmosphere, within regulatory limits.
