Motors for Burners and Ventilation
2000 Series
The 2000 Series stands out for its reliability, compactness and versatility, making it the ideal choice for a wide range of industrial applications, from burners to dryers. Available in self-ventilated and non-self-ventilated versions, both single-phase and three-phase, this series guarantees high performance even under demanding operating conditions.

Non-self-ventilated

The non-self-ventilated motors of the 2000 Series are designed to take advantage of the cooling flows of the equipment on which they are installed, minimising the dimensions without compromising performance. Their versatility of form and power makes them suitable for many industrial contexts. These motors can be supplied in any insulation class, from class B to class H, and with a degree of protection ranging from IP20 to IP55, guaranteeing maximum resistance in harsh environmental conditions.
Another strength of the 2000 Series is the adaptability: the entire range can be coupled via a variety of
interchangeable flanges, allowing for flexible and customisable assembly. For applications requiring pump drive, these motors are available with a second shaft extension and Ø32 or Ø54 mechanical coupling, compatible with different types of drive couplings.
Self-ventilated

The self-ventilated version of the 2000 Series offers an additional guarantee of reliability, especially in high-
temperature environments or with particularly heavy workloads. Equipped with self-ventilation, these motors ensure constant cooling, even under severe operating conditions.
Also for the self-ventilated version, the motors are available in insulation classes B to H, with a degree of
protection from IP20 to IP55. Their compactness and versatility remain unchanged, with the possibility of being coupled via interchangeable flanges, offering maximum adaptability for various industrial applications.

3000 Series
The 3000 Series is designed to offer a wide range of technical solutions for various industrial applications, ensuring compactness, efficiency and reliability. Available in self-ventilated, non-self-ventilated and NEMA versions, this series is perfectly suited to a variety of production contexts, maintaining excellent performance in harsh operating conditions.
Non-ventilation

The self-ventilated motors of the 3000 Series are tailor-made for those requiring medium electrical power (250 W to 750 W for single-phase versions and 250 W to 1100 W for three-phase versions) without sacrificing space.
Their small dimensions make them ideal for environments with space limitations, while maintaining optimum performance. These motors can be adapted to different applications through a series of interchangeable flanges, ensuring maximum flexibility.
Furthermore, if required, they can be equipped with a second shaft extension to drive pumps, with Ø32 or Ø54 mechanical couplings, compatible with different types of couplings.
Self-ventilated

The non-self-ventilated versions of the 3000 Series are designed to take advantage of the cooling flows from the equipment on which they are installed, allowing further reduction in size without compromising performance.
Thanks to the variety of common flanges available, they can be easily adapted to different applications.
Their small size and ability to utilise external cooling make them particularly useful for confined spaces.
NEMA

Designed specifically for the US market, the NEMA version of the 3000 Series represents an evolution in the
production of electric motors for burners. These single-phase asynchronous motors are equipped with a
permanent starting capacitor and are available in insulation classes ranging from B to H.
The motors comply with the Nema 56 TEFC format, guaranteeing strength and durability even in harsh
operating conditions. For energy-efficiency requirements, the range also offers highly efficient 1 Hp Nema
Premium motors that comply with US regulations.
Vacuum Pump Motors
VCM Series

The VCM Series motors are designed to meet the specific requirements of vacuum pumps, combining compactness, precision and maximum efficiency. Derived from the 3000 Series or from suitably customised MEC 80 Standard models, these motors are available in single-phase and three-phase versions, with efficiency classes IE2 and IE3 and a power range from 370W to 1350W.

- Food and Bottling Industry: Food processing and preservation, modified atmosphere packaging and production of PET containers.
- Chemical Industry: Distillation, drying, degassing and chemical transfer processes.

50 · 16 · 39/44 Series
The 50 · 16 · 39/44 Series motor families are designed to meet the demands for power and reliability in the field of hydraulic pumps and oil and diesel pumps. 50 Series

The 50 Series is the ideal solution for those seeking greater operational flexibility in applications requiring

Designed to drive hydraulic pumps and handle oil and diesel pumping applications in small thermal units, this series offers specific solutions for environments where small size and energy efficiency are key requirements.

With powers ranging from 150 W to 250 W for single-phase versions and 180 W to 250 W for three-phase

16 Series

The 16 Series is designed to meet the power and reliability requirements of large oil burners and water pumps. These motors, designed to ensure a constant flow of fuel, are particularly suitable for applications requiring precision and continuity of operation. They are designed to meet the suction capacities of pumps feeding thermal units, with fuel tanks positioned at a distance from the point of use.

With a power range of 240 W to 550 W for single-phase versions and 370 W to 550 W for three-phase versions, the 16 Series guarantees high performance in applications requiring high efficiency and continuity of operation. 39/44 Series

The 39/44 Series is designed for more demanding applications where handling higher power is a requirement. These motors are ideal for driving hydraulic pumps and transporting fuel in large oil burners, where the distance between the tanks and the equipment requires motors capable of maintaining a constant and reliable flow.

With power ranging from 550 W to 3000 W, the 39/44 Series is distinguished by its ability to cope with complex applications requiring robustness and versatility. The difference between Series 39 and Series 44 is the vertical/horizontal orientation of the pump carrier.
The 39/44 Series is only available in a three-phase version, with efficiency classes IE2/IE3.

Standard MEC

The MEC Standard represents a series of unified sizes for standard electric motors, which are therefore highly configurable and made to meet a wide variety of industrial requirements. These unified motors are manufactured in the most common construction shapes (B3, B5, B14), making them versatile and adaptable to any type of application.
